For the couple who has partially planned their wedding but needs LexiLou Special Events to assist with vendor referrals, design and décor assistance, professional advice, and wedding day management. 


  • Free Initial Consultation - meeting to take place at a location that is local for both Client and LexiLou Special Events Planner

  • Walk through of chosen Ceremony + Reception venue

  • Unlimited Correspondence to LexiLou Special Events via email and phone 

  • Manage budget prioritizing next steps and booking of vendors still needed

  • Establish design concepts

  • Provide ideas and suggestion regarding design, favors and desired ambience

  • Full access to Preferred Vendors list

  • Assistance in booking additional vendors best suited to the Client’s style and budget such as Photographer, Videographer, Disk Jockeys, Musicians, Bakery, Hair and Make Up Artists etc. 

  • Attend Catering and Cake Tastings with Clients 

  • Stationary Assistance such as Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations

  • Design Assistance with Menu Cards, Seating Cards, Name Cards 

  • Proof wording for save the dates and invitations


  • 12 Hours of Wedding Day Event time 

  • Contact and Meet with the hired vendors at the chosen venue (if applicable) to go over event day details 

  • Review all Vendor Contracts signed and executed by Client

  • Contact and Meet (If available) with Venue Site Overseer to go over contract details 

  • Confirm arrival times and execution times with vendors contracted by Client 

  • Review Catering Order provided by Client from the Catering Manager

  • Communicate Load and Unload procedures to vendors 

  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items 

  • Confirm vendor appointments such as bridal make up and hair appointments and schedule accordingly 

  • Orchestrate Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal with Officiant, Bridal Party and Family 

  • Communicate and manage Floor Plans to Catering and banquet personnel along with Vendors hired by Client 

  • Communicate Song Selections and List to Musicians and/or Disk Jockey

  • Attend Musicians and/or Disk Jockey sound check and review formalities with Master of Ceremonies and song selection

  • Work with Musician and/or Disk Jockey with Grand Entrance timing, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss/ Garter Toss and Grand Exit 

  •  Provide the Photographer with a list of Special Requested photographs approved and requested by Client 

  • Distribute Client Approved detailed Timeline and Agendas to Vendors at least one-week prior to Wedding Date 

  • Direct and oversee ushers with seating and program distribution 

  • Assist with Day-of Design and styling, such as ensuring day of quality, correct placement of floral arrangements, guest book, table numbers, favor menu cards, seating cards etc. provided by Client hired vendors or Client

  • Assist Client with Marriage License Information 

  • Assist and distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors

Price is based on guest head count and venue location.
